US Federal Reserve Board member Pollard noted that at the present time the bank should carefully rate interest rates and monitor economic developments in the first half of 2020. His most prominent statements were as follows:
Satisfied with the current interest rates
Upward pressures of inflation may be welcome
The likelihood of inflation rising increases
The bank’s interest policy succeeded last year
I think the job market sector will remain strong in 2020
We want to keep the public budget as low as possible
