As the Equiti Group’s Chief People Officer, Marta Ilbak focuses on growing the business through upscaling skills and optimising engagement based on a people-first premise. Her extensive expertise spans global FMCG and tech industries, specialising in business partnering, M&A, organisational development, talent management, and retention. Before Equiti, Marta held senior HR roles with numerous industry pioneers such as Deliveroo and SC Johnson, during which she relocated from Switzerland to the Middle East. Prior to that, she was responsible for HR and business expansion strategies for Firmenich across Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.
